Deepen your relationship with your body, connect with the body’s innate wisdom, explore your physical symptoms holistically and lean into connection between trauma, past experiences, accumulated stress and how that is showing up within your body.

A BodyWise session supports you in coming home to your body to excavate the root causes of your symptoms through the mind-body connection. With a focus on nervous system regulation and rituals to build trust with your body. BodyWise supports you to access the wisdom of your body as you learn to identify your body’s needs and tend to them - fostering wholeness, connection and safety.

With a focus on nervous system regulation and practices to tend to the body, BodyWise helps you to access the wisdom of your body and builds trust as you learn to identify your body’s needs and tend to them, fostering wholeness, connection and safety. We explore symptoms holistically and how they are linked to emotional blockages, lifestyle, trauma, stress, early life experiences, current experiences and beyond.

    • For those who feel chronically stressed, burn out, fatigued, struggle with anxiety, low mood or overwhelm.

    • For those who feel disconnected from their body, struggle with their appearance, weight management, distorted eating and self worth.

    • For any physical symptom, any ailment or condition whether that be skin, ache or pain, hormone issues including PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, PCOS, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, thyroid, adrenal, any and all digestive issues including IBS, constipation, loose bowels, bloating, indigestion, sleep issues, trauma resolution, recovery from abuse of any form, depression.

  • A BodyWise session is an exchange of £88.00 and are held over zoom. There are options to purchase packages and to have in person sessions, details are below.

    A BodyWise Journey is a package is 4 month package including:

    BodyWise in person is available at Aly’s treatment room at The Twelfth House in Walthamstow. Please note: These sessions have less availability and can be booked only by filling out this form. Please see FAQ at the bottom of this page to explore the differences between both sessions. Length of these sessions are 90 minutes and are £111.

    BodyWise is predominately rooted in Kinesiology teamed with Aly’s gifts of perception and you work with her to sift through your experience, whether they be within the past or present, to look at root causes of symptoms. Aly could weave in any of her skillset from various holistic therapies she holds qualifications in that she is guided to use, or feels is a best match for you at any point. This may include and isn't limited to nutritional support, stress management, tarot guidance, wise counsel, energy medicine, guided journey's, inner child work, somatic exercises, nervous system support and spiritual support, but will always have roots in Kinesiology.

    During a session supplements or flower essences may be relevant for helping your body if there is deficiency and/or wanting support with its healing process. This information will be given to you post session, with all the ‘how to’s’ and ‘where from’s’

  • As many as your body is needing to come back into balance! This isn't to discourage you but to inspire you. It’s empowering knowing that our body is communicating to us and we have the power to heal. I am a tool for you to utilise and depending on your ability to commit to yourself and where you are in relationship to what is underneath the symptom, will determine the length of time.

    As a practitioner I have experienced what some may consider miracles where I’ve witnessed people make recoveries from ailments and injuries in 1-2 sessions, however they were at a point of being ready to release. We are talking about getting to the root cause here, not masking the symptoms. Most of us carry ancestral trauma that has been passed down for many generations. This work is about letting go again and again, accepting where we are and being gentle, patient and kind with our wise body.

    Symptoms are the language in which our body communicates to us through. Looking at lifestyle factors, emotional wellbeing and unresolved trauma, and how this is connected to your physical symptoms through the medium of Kinesiology, will help you get a better understanding of what is required to help you shift your symptoms.

  • BodyWise has had wonderful success being online. It was created with the intention of being able to reach people across the globe - Aly has clients from quite literally around the world! No matter the distance, connection is made. Aly is transitioning into working online fully and is allowing this to occur organically.

    BodyWise In Person has the benefit of touch - lymphatic massage, meridian tracing and other Kinesiology techniques, created for those who connect more in person and prefer to be in the physical.

  • You don't have to do anything that you don’t wish. My suggestions are suggestions only and that’s that. I do invite you to explore why you may feel a resistance and to lean into that. My policy is that whatever is asked of you, we check in with your body and we lead by your body’s wisdom. If you are financially impacted and unable to invest in supplements, don’t be afraid to let me know so we can prioritise, find alternatives or get you to implement other lifestyle changes that are supportive for your body. Your feelings matter. In regards to other forms of after care, for example journaling - I believe in self kindness above all else. If you are truly feeling overwhelmed by journalling we can work together to find other forms of self care that are better suited for you. Your growth can only occur with your acts of showing up for yourself and being committed, that being said sometimes when we are recovering from overworking, releasing expectations that are coming with pressure and stress is important, we want to be lovingly employing habits for our health and well-being, talk to me about it and we can work through anything that may come up for you as you undergo lifestyle changes.
